But what is great?
A great portfolio is one:
1. Which covers all the buyer personas.
2. Which doesn't confuse people, but then maybe?
3. Which is able to charge a premium for things which are valuable.
4. Which captures higher value at the premium end of the portfolio.
5. Which makes people up-trade
6. Which has a cash cow.
