You know you've become old when....

I now see old age and I spend the entire bit of my emotional self seeing it. I understand old age in this age. I suspect what it must be feeling like to be playing catch up with life. You know you've become old when you see things and people move faster than you. You know within yourself that you have regressed. You are wanting to catch up every moment of your life when you are not with yourself because within yourself you know that you have been left far behind. You have grown old when you want to have a lot of memories but you have run out of occasions. Time has changed and the change in you is catching up with time.

It can be a eerie feeling, a bit of insecurity intertwined with a want for courage. I respect all old people and I wish your time comes soon.
